In accordance with article 6 of French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), this legal notice identifies the parties responsible for the website secu-cycle.fr and the mobile app Sécu'Cycle, together with their hosting provider.
Publishers of the website and app
Sécu'Cycle is a student project carried out as an end-of-year project (PFA) by engineering students at ENSEIRB-MATMECA (Bordeaux INP), 1 avenue du Docteur Albert Schweitzer, 33400 Talence, France. It is not a commercial company registered with the Trade and Companies Register.

Intellectual property
The “Sécu'Cycle” name, the logo, the texts and the interface of the website and app are the property of their publishers. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is prohibited.
The mapping, accident and mobility data comes from third parties, remains the property of its producers and is used in accordance with their respective licences:
- © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the ODbL licence — road network, cycling infrastructure, surface, lighting and points of interest.
- IGN (RGE ALTI), ONISR (BAAC files, via the « Accidents de vélo » dataset), Base Adresse Nationale, and the open data portals of Bordeaux Métropole, the Eurométropole de Strasbourg, Rennes Métropole and Nantes Métropole (live traffic and street lighting), under the Licence Ouverte.
- Statbel — geolocated road accidents, under the CC BY 4.0 licence.
- Generated using Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service information 2026: air quality data from CAMS is modified by Sécu'Cycle and obtained through Open-Meteo. Neither the European Commission nor ECMWF is responsible for any use made of it.
- World Air Quality Index Project — ground monitoring station readings.
- GBFS feeds from the nine integrated bike-share systems, each under its operator's attribution.
- Base maps and geocoding outside France: MapTiler, a commercial service.
