What your message is about
The « Subject » dropdown helps us route your message to the right person. Here is what each option covers:
- Support and bugs — a technical problem, an error, unexpected behaviour of the website or app.
- Suggestions — an idea, feedback or an improvement to propose.
- Personal data (GDPR) — to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability. The details are in our privacy policy. To delete your account there is no need to write to us: you can do it yourself, in seconds.
- Report a problem — to report content or use that is problematic.
Response time
As Sécu'Cycle is a student project run on a voluntary basis, we cannot guarantee a response time. We do our best to reply as quickly as we can.
